Now Poppy Residential...why the change?

For the past six years we have been known as MARLIN PROPERTY, offering a superb, first class service to landlords and tenants in the Hull, Beverley and surrounding areas.

We are now pleased to announce that the same first class service is going to be available for anyone wanting to buy and sell property, making our portfolio of property services complete. You will have probably noticed some of our new boards scattered around the city already, featuring our bold, bright and unique, new corporate image. We hope you like them.

Why change our name?

Less than a year ago, Mark Brooker and his wife were blessed with the birth of their baby daughter who they named Poppy. To commemorate the launch of our new services and expansion, he decided to re-brand and name the company after her.

Our name may have changed but our commitment to being one of the best local property agents hasn't. We are still based on Union Street in the heart of Hull city centre.

We are members of the The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and The Property Ombudsman (TPO)  which means that our practices and client accounting systems are fully regulated. This in turn means that we are accountable and your money is protected and insured.
