She also handles our internet and phone enquiries so when you contact us, it just might be Shorna who sees your question. Shorna also discusses rent prices with landlords and anything else needed from the landlord before occupancy.

Rebecca “Beckie” Dean
Administration Manager
beckie@poppyresidential.co.ukBeckie handles the referencing for new tenancy agreements and contacts those listed on new applications. Like Shorna, she also handles our internet and phone enquiries as well as those done face-to-face. Beckie takes care of repairs needed on our properties and contracts this work to our suppliers. For those who are interested in purchasing our properties, Beckie will handle this process for you.

Linda Paterson-Brown
Property Inspections Manager
linda@poppyresidential.co.ukLinda takes care of those necessary inspections on interim and when the property is vacated. Her expertise ensures that the property is at its optimum state before a new tenant moves in. Linda also takes care of the tenancy signups and will walk you through the entire tenancy agreement so it is completely understood. Linda will also contact the landlord when decorating and other repairs are needed before a new tenant moves in.

heather@poppyresidential.co.ukHeather handles all of our accounts and invoicing. This may be handling invoices for our suppliers and receiving rent from our tenants. She covers the general accounting for Poppy Residential and keeps our organisation running smoothly.
